- Review the schedule, then download an ICS calendar event, export CSV, copy the schedule, or create a share link.
Supported time zones and limitations
The planner uses the time-zone identifiers available in your browser through JavaScript’s Intl API. It supports common global cities and many IANA time zones. Daylight-saving transitions depend on the browser’s time-zone database. A local time that is skipped or repeated during a daylight-saving change may be rejected as ambiguous or invalid; choose another time in that case.
All schedule calculations happen on your device. No meeting details are sent to a processing API by this page. A share link includes the title, date, time, selected time zones, duration, and agenda in its URL, so share it only with people who should see those details.
Frequently asked questions
How do I schedule a meeting across different time zones?
Add the participants’ cities or time zones, select a date and start time in the reference time zone, and process the schedule. The planner displays the corresponding local time for each participant.
Does the planner account for daylight saving time?
It relies on the IANA time-zone data exposed by your browser. This generally applies daylight-saving rules for the selected date, but accuracy depends on your browser and operating system time-zone data being up to date.
Can I find a time that works for everyone?
Use “Find best slots” to search the selected date for meeting times that fit the configured working hours in each participant’s location. If no common slot exists, try another date or adjust working hours.
Can I add this meeting to my calendar?
Yes. Process the meeting and click “Download schedule (.ics)” to download a calendar event file. Check the event details in your calendar before sending invitations.
Are my meeting details uploaded to a server?
No. Time-zone calculations and exports are performed in your browser. If you use “Copy share link,” the selected details are encoded in the URL, which you choose whether to share.
Why was a local time rejected?
Some local times do not exist or occur twice when daylight-saving clocks change. Select a nearby time that is unambiguous for the reference time zone and process again.
